Where do you ship from?

Currently, NAZ Parure is proud to offer shipping services to the United States and Canada. We ship from the state of Texas. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer Free 2-5 business day U.S. Shipping on all orders and Free Shipping to Canada on all orders $50 and up.

Please allow 6-9 business days to the U.S. and 9-12 days to Canada for personalized items.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order ships which will include your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2-5 days, please contact us at info@nazparure.com.

My tracking says “No information available at the moment.”

Please allow 2-5 days for your order to process. At that point, if you receive the same message, please contact us at info@nazparure.com.

How long will it take to get my order?

Allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Shipping may take 2-5 business days depending on where the order is being shipped. International orders may take up to 10 business days.  Please allow 6-9 business days to the U.S. and 9-12 days to Canada for personalized items.

What if my package is delayed?

We are shipping orders on schedule. However, if a package is delayed, please continue to follow the tracking information or contact the courier for additional information. Delivery times are estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, weather, or the current global situation.

I didn’t receive my order.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If you have not received it after that, please contact info@nazparure.com.

My package has arrived damaged.

We are very sorry! Although we check each item prior to packaging them with care, damages or defects may happen during shipment. If this happens to you, please contact us immediately at info@nazparure.com with your order number and picture of the damage. once received, we will contact you for a refund or send a new item out for free.

*Please note we are unable to accept damaged items 30 days after they have been delivered to you or damages sustained through wear and tear.

 Can I return my order? 

At NAZ Parure, it is our pleasure to bring you the best quality jewelry along with unmatched customer service. If you are not happy with your jewelry, we can accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the item(s). We will issue you a full refund of the item(s) once the return is processed which may take up to 7 business days. 

*Sale items, personalized jewelry and user wear & tear are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Can I cancel my order? 

If your order was placed within a 24 hour window, please contact us at info@nazparure.com so we can cancel your order and issue you a full refund. Regrettably, it is not possible to cancel your order after the 24 hour window as your order will have been processed.

Can I amend my order?

NAZ Parure works efficiently to process your order so you can receive it as soon as possible. Orders can be amended in your cart up until you hit “complete order.” After the order is submitted, you cannot amend your order. However, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nazparue.com if you have any questions.

What about customs?

In most cases, custom fees do not apply. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our jewelry, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?

If more than one piece of jewelry has been ordered, it is possible for multiple packages to arrive depending on processing times. 

How should I care for my Parure?

Caring for your jewelry comes with a little time investment if you would like your Parure to last longer. Naturally, silver will tarnish over time but taking care of your jewelry will significantly help. Keep your silver, plated, vermeil and gold filled jewelry away from liquids, sweat, chemicals such as lotions and perfumes. If jewelry does get in contact with these things, clean and dry off the piece. In reality, since our jewelry comes in contact with natural moistures, oils, acids and air, the jewelry may tarnish but maintaining clean and dry jewelry will help to prolong its use. Use a  soft cloth or the the jewelry cleansing cloth we provide in your gift box to gently clean the jewelry after wearing. You can occasionally use warm water and mild soap to clean off the jewelry to maintain its shine. Store jewelry in a box that is lined with soft material or the gift box we provide to avoid scratches and oxidization.

Pearl jewelry has similar care but it is important that that you follow care mentioned above and also put your pearls on last as to not get any makeup, hairspray, product, lotion or perfume on them. Clean your pearls every time after wearing with a soft cloth or jewelry cleaning cloth we provided. Use a damp cloth if pearls look dirty.

Jewelry that is higher quality such as plated jewelry, vermeil, gold-filled and 925 stainless steel will last longer due to quality but proper care as well, of course.

We value customer satisfaction and will provide quality jewelry which is mainly 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, 14K/18K plated gold or gold-filled, and vermeil. This can vary by each product. Please check in the product description for the item specifics.
