At NAZ Parure, it is our pleasure to bring you the best quality jewelry along with unmatched customer service. If you are not happy with your jewelry, we can accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the item(s). We will issue you a full refund of the item(s) once the return is processed. 

Caring for your jewelry properly will make it last longer. Jewelry may tarnish, which is inevitable, but here are a few tips.

After wearing your jewelry, make sure to use a clean, soft cloth or the jewelry cloth we have provided to wipe off jewelry after wearing.

Some water and mild soap maybe used if dirty. Keep your jewelry clean and dry and store in a container with soft lining or the box we provide.
